After 20 years relationship, I feel completely shafted by the bank. Their mismanagement of handling a simple wire has cost me over $400. And their corporate offices have tried to shift responsibility to me rather than acknowledge the lack of training for their staff to do wires. Also, they repeatedly assured me they would correct the situation, and instead have tried to make it my fault. I have moved all my business to another bank And highly recommend "buyer beware" , they are not "community" .
The best bank I’ve ever had to open an account with. I had a complex issue, and Kirk just got it done. These are the people you want to deal with. When you call the branch, they actually answer the phone. Well run bank, glad to be a new customer.
