Donna is always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I have! Even though we do transactions through drive thru windows or “glass” partitions those ladies on 301Branch are always very helpful compared to the main office. I purchased a large sum of CDs years ago from Donna, everyone else was clueless how to do it!!!
Went to the smaller branch yesterday, second car in line. The car in front of me seemed to take forever to finish their transaction. When I finally got to the window, there was one teller and my deposit seems to take awhile. I finally finished my transaction after at least 30 minutes wait time. I’m satisfied with the service but the wait time was a bit too long. Will opt to e-deposit from now on.
Great set of ladies here. Always willing to give me a helping hand.
