It been a fantastic experience. Ms Givens the customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I was setting up a new account and and better preparing for my golden years. I learned things I didn't know that were very helpful and I would say its the best bank experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this bank. JDA
