What’s their names, they refused to help a customer out with their bank issues
I witnessed these two employees refuse service to a customer of color. They told the customer they believed her ID was fake, said they were going to call the police, and stated that the security cameras were recording everything. The interaction was upsetting to watch because I felt the customer was treated unfairly and without respect. Based on what I personally observed, I left with a very negative impression of the customer service at this branch.
I had an excellent experience.
Inside the it’s horrible Customer Service. I’ve been in there twice the same two people there and they’re sitting down eating rude . The lady of Asian descent was extremely condescending and communication a lot Community Customer Service. I misplaced my card and I came there for another card. Also, I wanted to have my card linked to Apple Pay. She gave unclear instructions and I kept getting an error inside the branch regarding the Apple Pay, her best suggestion was for me to come back to the branch to have the same horrible... read more
