I had an excellent experience.
Inside the it’s horrible Customer Service. I’ve been in there twice the same two people there and they’re sitting down eating rude . The lady of Asian descent was extremely condescending and communication a lot Community Customer Service. I misplaced my card and I came there for another card. Also, I wanted to have my card linked to Apple Pay. She gave unclear instructions and I kept getting an error inside the branch regarding the Apple Pay, her best suggestion was for me to come back to the branch to have the same horrible... read more
Racist!! Worst bank in the history of America. They closed my account with no explanation. I was told to come into the branch to get my funds that were left in the account. When I arrived they called Sandy Springs police on me and accused me of fraud. The police brought 2 squads (12 officers). I had 12 guns pointed at me. I thought they were going to kill me. They forced me out of my car and threatened to taser me because I asked what I was being detained for. They threw me in the back of a squad car where I sat, in handcuff... read more
