I recently used the drive-up window for my banking. A man that was doing some work on a fax machine (perhaps the manager or loan office) saw that I needed assistance and immediately called over someone to take care of me. Both were friendly and the young man that took care of me was very friendly and professional.

This is the 2nd time my wife & I had the pleasure of working with Assistant branch manger David Corder for purchasing very high yield CDs & money market products. Although another bank had slightly better rates, our customer loyalty with David kept us with him. Totally knowledgeable & a pleasure to deal with!
I called David Corder to please order me a debit card. He said I could pick it up later that day which I did. After getting there, Mary Beth helped me with directions on how to use it with an ATM and also with a withdrawal. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
