I love a bank where the people are friendly and down to earth and treat you like part of the community.
i rarely write reviews but 1 star bc the lady denied cashing my husbands check even after he showed two forms of ID. Never have had this issue at any other United bank location. Went to a diff location after that and had no problem there. Very inconvenient and poor customer service.
I only give 4 stars ever because nothing is perfect and I don’t have the option of 4.7 stars
