Good customer service
This incident has happened some time ago. I emailed the company about my incident but never received a response. I went in to this location to cash money orders. The rep asked for my information and went over to pick up the phone (never dialed any numbers) and puts the phone back down in a matter of 5 seconds. She comes back to the counter and tells me the money orders can not be verified. I verified that they were still in good standing prior to going there so I knew that was a lie.
