Had a terrible experience with the “Manager” Traci, or Tracey today when going to this place. I felt absolutely belittled and stigmatized. I had to go to this check cashing place to cash a check mailed from my job. Upon trying to cash my check she states the check is too old. The check date was August 14th and I literally just received it in the mail TWO DAYS AGO. Mind you, just last week this same Traci told me they cash checks up to 30 days. Excellent Service & Resonable Prices United Check Cashing is aw-some! They can cash my payroll, and insurance checks. They did my taxes with a really reasonable price and also cashed my tax return checks. I enjoy paying my bills there because it gets paid on time and I don't have to waste my time going to the post office. They also have money orders at a low price too! And provide lottery scratch off and power-ball! I highly recommend anyone to go there.
Wonderful I have always felt welcomed by the employees at United Check Cashing in Dover,DE. They are fast and friendly and reasonable priced. They can cash my check, pay my bills on time, and i get to play lottery while im waiting. They have convienent hours and a great location. I've been going for years and i highly recommend it.
Poor Customer Service! I went to them United Check Cashing Co to get a bill paid overnight to avoid a late fee. A month later when I received my billing statement, not only had a late fee been attached, but the bill had not been paid at all. After talking to the mgr, I was assured the bill would be paid minus the late change. Naively I believed them. The second month went by and another late fee was attached. Needless to say, it would have been cheaper for me to just use a stamp.
