Had a billing dispute with Brian. He promised to call back but never did. After two attempts, I gave up. That's poor customer service in my opinion. Too bad because I thought the first gentleman I dealt with on site (Michael) was very helpful. Lack of transparency with billing and getting ghosted for a week after the fact makes me not want to use this company again or refer to others. Integrity is key for a small business in the middle of nowhere. Sadly, this company doesn't seem to understand that.
United Car & Truck Rental is top of the line when it comes to vehicle rentals. Dealing with the professional and efficient staff was a pleasure. United offer me the most affordable price and they had the type of vehicle I was looking for. After returning the vehicle I realise I had forgotten an item in the vehicle. When I called, the staff told me they were about to call me, and it was not one but three items that I left behind. What a great set of people to do business with. Great friendly service. I also called and spoke to Brian and he was amazing. He explained everything to me clearly.
Peter & Brian were exceptional gentleman to deal with all my questions. they made my trip so much easier. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle. Top notch indeed.
Excellent service. The vehicle was clean and almost brand new. Brian was very thorough and went out of his way to help me and my family.
