First time experience renting a vehicle here. The customer service is stellar and far above any other rental agency. It was unfortunate that I was involved in a minor not at fault collision and Brian was very kind and knowledgeable and helped with the getting all the documentation I needed very quickly. He went well above his responsibilities to make sure I understood all the required steps to make sure it all goes well with the insurance. I can’t recommend their services enough!
Very competitive price Full services ( car delivered to our ardress etc . ) car was as described : brand new The contact with the compagny is fast , Guys are kind Insurance is included with the price ( it’s pretty rare ) We are from Switzerland and sure we will rent again with you when we re back
