Worst drivers in the city Awful drivers. The drivers for United are infamous for their awful driving around New Orleans. A while back a friend of mine was literally rear ended by a United driver and the driver didn't even stop. Anyone who is familiar with United knows how bad they drive around the city. They fly down the streets, tailgate other drivers and have no consideration for other drivers on the road. I would NEVER recommend United to anyone. Luckily Uber is available in NOLA.
Terrible service They answer with bad manners and on top of that, DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE and they just tell you that if "IT DOES NOT SHOW UP JUST CALL AGAIN...NO GUARANTEE!" NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
