Can't get a worse bank than this. Why do you even exist in granby? Can't help half the time because there's no branch manager half the time. And it takes 3 to 4 days to transfer money or cash a check. Even if the transfer or check is within the same bank. Garbage, just straight garbage. You should close so granby isn't forced to deal with your incompetence anymore.
Wasted my time for over an hour and wouldn’t let me open an account. Then never called me back to even let me know. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Weird vibes here and they are not welcoming.
