Dispite the current situation I still give them 5 stars but in this current situation...you have the video of a person who is clearly not the account holder using a card that does not belong to them. Over $2000.00 in fact. Fraud department isn't stopping you from providing a credit based on the report so let's get the credit applied now thanks
