Driver of unit 202 pulling trailer unit MLR53R369 with License plate CC 60510 needs to be properly trained on how driving works here in Canada. Its called zipper merging the most basic of driving maneuvers. This driver got upset that traffic on the lane to his right was zipper merging ahead of him so he decided it was a great idea to straddle two lanes.
