Mr. Estrada at the United Bronx Parent Organization located 607 Prospects Ave Bronx N Y. Nasty bullies they are not there to service the community. After waiting for over three hours with my elderly mom, the very unprofessional person incharge name Christian Estrada refuse to service me because I went to my car for a minute which he saw me coming up the block but still refuse to service me. Christrian Estrada is barbaric and doesn't need to be servicing the community.

First and last time will I ever go here. Extremely rude staff. Don’t speak to people with respect. Shameful! The dark skin man with the hat made a scene to show off to others saying he needs to work. He placed some items down and I was trying to put them in my bags and not even 10 seconds he’s rushing me very rudely. I said give me a moment and he started making a scene. There were others that was saying that the staff there act like dogs. The line is very long which is understandable but if the man sees anyone without their... read more
