I have no idea how this company can continue their business with the poor communication and services. My company used to deal with them for a few months and eventually gave up, everything almost busted. Just surprisingly found out that it still exits even after so long.
We had business with this company twice. Both times the communication was with Annie. The first time we agreed on the date and time they were to pick it up. We specified a two hour window (from 9 to 11 AM) for delivery with understanding that the port could be congested. When the container was not delivered by 11 AM we called the company and they said that the trucker is stuck at the terminal. We waited until 2 PM until we started calling the port ourselves.
