Took a round-trip business delights from Cebu to Jax, US. They have no customer service. The staff are just grumpy and don't greet you and get angry at you for opening your window because everyone had it shut and told me they are trying to sleep. The flight entertainment system didn't work the while 14hr flight time and surprisingly noone seems to be bothered while I did report and I was told it was being fixed prior takeoff but no it didn't get fixed. I had to pay 17 dollar for the wifi which didn't work at all and I guess ... read more

Delayed flight for an hour. A lot of turbulence and screaming kids. Enjoyed my drinks.
