Very bad experience with loan officer recently at united bank of union. Will not step foot back in there. Conerstone lending already approved our loan after having a bad experience at UBU. We really wanted a hometown bank to handle our mortage but wasn't in our cards.
i think this bank is great. They are very customer friendly. They went way out of their way to help me. I would suggest anyone try this bank.
That person with the bad review must have called the automated line becuase I always get a friendly real person on the other end. Any time i've ever had a problem they have always gone out of thier way and dug out the solutions. I've been banking with them for almost ten years now. I'm happy to have a local bank that truly cares about my account with them.
