Good service, online banking could be better I have overall been very happy with United Bank of Iowa in Fort Dodge. Their tellers are always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that their online banking is not very advanced. While it is better than some of the other banks I have dealt with it does not offer some features (such as scanned check copies) that I would really like to have access to.
