Here at First American, we exclusively hire tellers with professional experience in sending back your check in the deposit tube for nonissues, then ignoring you for twenty minutes!
Save yourself some time and frustration by not going to this bank. Ever since they changed from United, it has been a mess and only frustration. To waiting to get signers switched, to having to call for bank statements that are not mailed out. Which we can't do online due to the organizations classification and our policy. Then some are told it's $3 to email a statement, but they will do it for free if you go in and they have to print a physical statement. Which makes no sense. As long as we dealt with United Bank we were happy customers. However, since Feb 20th, 2023 there is no service at all! The online banking system does not work, phone calls are not answered nor responded to. It seems time to change to another bank.
He estado con este banco alrededor de 10 años. Nunca he tenido ningun problema. Los empleados siempre muy profesionales y amables. Espero que siga tan bien como antes.
They weren't a great bank to begin with but they've gotten worse since they sold their souls to a "bigger" bank. I'll be leaving very soon.
