Today was my first and last visit to this place and I'm not sure how the employees manage to work in such conditions. The carpet looks old and unmaintained and there is an unpleasant smell on that carpet as soon as you walk in.
Whenever I call this branch the staff is so professional and helpful!! Especially when I need help with online banking!!
I have been banking with United Bank for a few years now. Their customer service is excellent, and they have been prompt and courteous in responding to my needs.
William Vaughn and his team at United Bank make my life so easy. I have business and personal accounts at this office. I love having a personal banker because he always has my back. Anything I need is always taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Today, I made a 500 dollar ATM withdrawal from United Bank. Of course, the ATM only dispenses 20s. I proceeded inside the branch to convert the 20s to 100s for I am preparing to travel overseas. The woman asked what was my account number and of course, I stated that I am not a member of the Bank. She politely stated that she could not convert the 20s to 100s for I don’t bank with them.
