I have been a loyal business and personal banker at United bank for many years. Of all the sales associates I have encountered over the years, the most professional, courteous, and helpful has been Maryam Behrouzi. She used to be at the branch on Fairfax Blvd. until it closed and I was absolutely thrilled when I saw her at the Union Mill location. She is definitely an asset to United Bank and should be treasured.
Today was my first and last visit to this place and I'm not sure how the employees manage to work in such conditions. The carpet looks old and unmaintained and there is an unpleasant smell on that carpet as soon as you walk in.
Whenever I call this branch the staff is so professional and helpful!! Especially when I need help with online banking!!
I have been banking with United Bank for a few years now. Their customer service is excellent, and they have been prompt and courteous in responding to my needs.
William Vaughn and his team at United Bank make my life so easy. I have business and personal accounts at this office. I love having a personal banker because he always has my back. Anything I need is always taken care of quickly and efficiently.
