I am not a customer (although I soon will be), a family member is. I had to handle some banking business on behalf of a family member in Iraq and United Bank went "above and beyond" my expectations of a bank. Every associate I spoke with in person or on the phone was very helpful and polite and very willing to research extensively when I needed some specific information with little to provide to the associate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
