The Customer Care received from Ms. Katrina M Stephens was exceptional. Her professional deminer and confidence is very rare. Her personality kindness and compassion was very much appreciated. I was very concerned the evening prior to speaking with her. Her knowledge and prompt respond was amazing. Her business etiquette is a 10+. She carries herself as upper Management. My issue was resolved, in a prompt time frame. Thank you, United Bank I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Stephens.
