Katie is the best as far as all managers I have met at the branches Some of the managers need to take lessons from her on her knowledge and her real customer service that she gives with her big smiles and going the extra mile to make the customer satisfaction. I have had several meetings with her and all were top notch service. She goes out of her way to bring customers to your branch. Don't loose a valuable employee like her. And Look Forward to doing business again.
