Katie ia a very helpful and very knowledgeable at what she does.
Katie is the best as far as all managers I have met at the branches Some of the managers need to take lessons from her on her knowledge and her real customer service that she gives with her big smiles and going the extra mile to make the customer satisfaction. I have had several meetings with her and all were top notch service. She goes out of her way to bring customers to your branch. Don't loose a valuable employee like her. And Look Forward to doing business again.
Miss Tiffanie went above & beyond service with information I needed on my account she is very pleasant and courteous in handling my issue! Douglas Malick
The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Katie helped me set up a free business account with very little effort on my part. It was very simple and quick. I was given several options to help ensure I could effectively run my business. I strongly recommend United Bank and especially the Tabor City branch.
