United Bank is regulated by the Federal Reserve Board rather than the FDIC and I had to file a formal complaint because United Bank's practices don't seem to align with federal regulatory procedures for lending. I asked a Senior VP for regulatory information that is, by law, required to be publicly available and was denied. I was denied a request for access to an underwriter while requesting a $300K loan backed by $100K in cash for a business loan. They made it clear they didn't want my money.
