Terrible bank to do banking at. Except one or two tellers from management to down the chain everyone is not professional and rude. They pick and choose which customers to greet and which one to walk right through and don't even speak. If possible do banking somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, drive thru is slow, overall unprofessional bank.
At one time I thought I had a pretty good bank to work with, and then it changed from Essex to Union and I've had nothing but problems. It's a rare occasion if anyone answers the phone and 9 times out of 10 it will ring non-stop and then disconnect. They have made decisions on my behalf without consulting me, such as canceling out my debit card because "They" didn't trust a purchase I made and wasn't even aware until all my bill collectors that are on auto pay closed all my accounts for non-payment, and I ended up without ph... read more
