This particular branch has some of the nicest and knowledgeable bank tellers in all of Falls Church. Mr Kevin Camacho and Mr Noah Grande in particular were very patient and helpful with banking needs.
This bank is terrible. They sat on a local check over 12 days before clearing it. Just ridiculous. I will always recommend anyone not to use this so called bank.
I suggest you find another bank rather than United Bank. And if you are a customer or are forced to do business with United Bank, avoid this branch in particular. I have a HELOC account with United Bank. I write checks against this account to pay my handyman and other home improvement stuff. This branch refused to honor one of these checks. My vendor had to come back to me for cash. I spoke to the teller through the vendor's phone and explained the account to her.
