They are very patience and understanding and very helpful.
Closed early on a Friday which is most peoples pay day. It's Eastern NC and it's not even snowing. But shut down before 4 . A lot of people stuck at work till 5 to 8 but will get off to find their bank is not there for them!
Says drive through is open till 5:30 but it was closed before 5.
Unimpresswd with the customer service at this location . Not sure if there busy today or if the lady I spoke to was just rude but I I defenatly didnt appreciate being hung up on for asking a simple question especially when I have a united bank account .
