Branch manager left the branch and went to winterfield branch leaving no one in authority or knowledge of how to assist non profit accounts. Sent us to winterfield, she had on ripped jeans, unprofessional and said I don't know why you have heartburn over. Accounts are over 8 years old and just now asking to sign this document. Closing two CD's and savings. Good bye to a poorly ran bank.

Wow what an experience went through the drive-thru today to withdraw some money ask if they could give us the last 2 months of the statements for refinance on their mortgage we have over $10,000 in our savings account because they charge us $2 to get the copies
