Rude staff especially leena bhatia, not helpful at all
I found the branch manager to be rude and not helpful. It took another manager stepping into her job one day to get the help I needed with my mom's account!
Shalini and her team are awesome to deal with. They are friendly, courteous and truly have gone above and beyond to help out their customers.
