I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Weston WV branch of United Bank. The bank employees are always friendly, helpful and handle all transactions in a timely manner. I've heard several complaints about locked debit cards. I too, have experienced the minor inconvenience of having my debit card locked. It's a valuable service that protects my account from being emptied by nefarious entities and unauthorized debits. This service has saved me from losing hundreds of dollars.
