I can’t say enough how refreshing it was to open an account with a bank that actually believes in customer service. After 25 years with a bank that did not care about me as a customer, I am looking forward to a long relationship with this bank…Jess Marion is so helpful and the reason I came to United bank.

Don't waste your time with this Bank. Impossible to get a loan here. United Bank has very strict requirements and will pick your credit report apart, looking for negatives. It's like they really don't want your business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are much better banking institutions in the Brewton and Atmore areas. Thumbs Down.
