I have been a customer at United Bank for over 35 years when it was George Mason bank at the beginning. This branch is unparalleled for a customer service. I can wholeheartedly endorse this branch as the best one I have dealt with ever.
I am MORE than happy with the Woodburn branch of United Bank. I am not writting a great review for the bank per se, but for the staff in that branch. Suzan the branch manager ALWAYS go an extra step to help. She is the most professional bank manager that I encountered in my life. Sreyroth is also amazing, as well as Amy and Samira. I wish I could mention other people but I delt with all these beautiful persons and I am extremely happy. These ladies are the reasons that I will not change banks.

Manager from Afghanistan and staff from Cambodian and Ethiopia are outstanding. They were highly professional, collaborative, efficient, kind, and dedicated. They knew customers by name and the teller from Cambodia even greeted a customer in Spanish. What a wonderful experience!
