Had never been to this bank before. Was there I think the day of Christmas Eve. Each person who was there from the teller to the man in the office was professional, helpful, and nice. Even as the worked with several additional customers in the building and at drive through, they were all still professional and nice. And did not forget any details while I was opening a new account at the branch. Thank you all for being who you are.
I came in here to make a deposit today, and this branch was conveniently located to an office where I had a meeting earlier. I am seeing more and more of these branches lately, whereas before I only knew of 2 locations in Springfield and Annandale. Every single time I've always had an uneventful and easy experience. I have an account at a different bank which has been the opposite experience, and I think that their problem is that they are trying to be too modern with their silly cafes and whatnot.
