I visited this branch with my husband’s stepmother. From the moment we walked into this branch I felt profiled and extremely uncomfortable. The manager especially was hostile and micromanaging behavior towards me.
I have been a customer @ this branch for many years, & they always are super courteous, professional, friendly, & efficient! Ms. Rodriguez & her entire team are dedicated to their customers, & making sure they help you when you need it the most. I highly recommend the Charles Town Branch for all your banking needs, & you will get real customer service and support for every transaction no matter the size! Lastly, if need any Brokerage help, be sure to visit with Mr. Adam Stewart, who has an office in the same Branch.
Great bank, great staff, I have to go by the bank pretty much daily and Desiree, Kadesha, Herb & Brian are always so friendly, it’s always a pleasant interaction, they always recognized me and make any process so simple. Excellent service 10/10 would recommend :)
