It's nice to have a bank where the staff knows you by name.
It’s disappointing that United Bank closes at 4 PM after not opening until 9 AM. These hours make it almost impossible for working customers to get anything done. After repeated inconvenience, I’ll be moving my accounts and transferring my services elsewhere. A bank should make banking accessible.

I tried to open an account and was told because I live in Michigan I can't. They then defaced the checks I brought in to open the account. I can't replace them quickly and this has delayed me by weeks for travel and work. This has significantly cost me money and they treated it like it wasn't their fault but a corporate decision. I'm now out $1200 in checks that can't be replaced easily and also out of a job / contract because I can't travel to the location with the funds I have on me.
