I love United Bank. The staff at every branch are friendly and helpful. They pride themselves on knowing all their customers by name on sight. They've always been great whenever I have had a need. No problem is too small. I have recommended United Bank to several of my own family and friends. I would happily recommend them to you also.

It’s disappointing that United Bank closes at 4 PM after not opening until 9 AM. These hours make it almost impossible for working customers to get anything done. After repeated inconvenience, I’ll be moving my accounts and transferring my services elsewhere. A bank should make banking accessible.
