Tanna Car assisted me; very professional and pleasant. Fast and efficient, very enjoyable experience. All employers worked together very smoothly.
I normally have no complaints about united bank Broadway branch. However, the website claims the lobby is open on Saturday mornings until noon. I had to find a ride to the bank last Saturday morning only to find out the lobby was NOT open. It was a pain to find transportation to the bank as it was. Finding the lobby was closed at 1015 am was upsetting. Other than this inconvenience I love this bank.
Jewel was super helpful in making some changes to my account. I greatly appreciate her time and professionalism and look forward to visiting this branch again!
