Had to close a LLC account that we had to leave open because my father passed away in May of 2017. Found out that they were charging an inactivity fee. So I challenged that and they took care of it but it is bad form when you know that someone has passed to charge an inactivity fee. I also provided them with all of the required paperwork on my first visit and asked if they needed anything else before I left (I live in FL) they said no.
