Slow loan application process and unprofessional follow up – I've been dealing with a Mr. Ledbetter, a loan officer at the Joyce Branch of United Bank. Mr. Ledbetter was recommended to me by a realtor in Fayetteville as a go to man for home loans. I orginally contacted him the end of Janurary 2011. As of March 11, 2011 I'm still being asked for additional tax documents to determine if they can provide a line of credit for purchasing real estate.
