Sharon was rude and helpless and interrupted before I was done talking. Informing me she "can't" "cant" cant" Sherry however took initiative to really help me work through my issue and was very friendly in doing so. Instead of telling me what she can't or won't. She did what she could and resolved my issue 100%! Thanks sherry. You should be supervisor!
The ladies at this branch are awesome! I’ve had some odd situations and they have been courteous and helpful each and every time!
The people are very professional and helpful when I call or go in. I have been a customer of First Citizens since 1965 and have never had any kind of a problem that wasn't handled immediately. I am 75 years old and am somewhat concerned when I hear of changes however the change of the name has gone so smoothly that I am absolutely relieved and pleased.
