I really value my relationship with the United Bank Centennial Park, Reston branch due to the personalized care from this long term team of employees. Josiah, Penny and Jobo go our of their way to help with all of my banking needs. The branch manager, Bassel Shubassi, also a long time United employee has been proactive in alerting me to new programs that the bank offers. I have been with larger banks and really prefer the model of a regional bank due to the consistency of employees with years of experience under their belts.... read more
I absolutely love everyone at this bank. But PLEASE don’t show up to work late. 10 minutes late might not be a big deal or be acceptable in other businesses but NOT a bank. Everyone should be INSIDE the building 15 minutes before opening. Not dragging in 10 minutes after you’re supposed to be open for business.
This particular branch location is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great customer service. Azita, Josiah, Jobo, and one or two others (can not think of their names) always greet you when you walk into the bank and are ready to assist!
This is the worst bank branch! They take for ever to understand any basic concept and have horrible managers. Especially the manager on duty today!
