Second time in 2 weeks the drive thru isn’t open till 7 pm like stated on the window. Monday thru Friday !!! This bank is sux!!! Go elsewhere. With this bank you handle no business. Smh.

Amazing staff almas ban nd petter
This place used to be my favorite branch everyone was helpful today I see a surprise when I was depositing I see a Chinese lady came to my cashier and looking me weird this branch every employee know me but I didnt like her I don’t know if she is new supervisor she is making environment uncomfortable for employee as will for customer
I have been banking with this bank for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. Naldys Velasco, the Branch Manager and Assistant VP, has been beyond stellar with her consistent customer service and friendly, welcoming attitude; she has been a steady pillar as a representative of this bank for at least the 10 years that I have been banking there, her professionalism and great customer service are the best in the area.
