They are hands down the best bank I have ever used! The staff are very friendly and helpful. United Bank hasn't once pulled any of the dishonest schemes and swindles I have encountered at many of the other banks I have used in the past. Really great, convenient and you always get clear, fast transaction statements. UPDATE: I had to lower the score after discovering how bad thier customer protection is against fraud and unauthorized transactions - almost nonexistent. Small satellite office five employees working if that’s what you call it , I stood waiting for five minutes while they all stood around . considering switching banks after being a Rockville bank customer for 30 years Then united bank bought them out .Woman apologize for the wait but why did I have to wait in the first place ?
