If I could give zero stars to this particular branch, I would. On three separate occasions, I have either visited in person or called regarding my account being overdrawn by only a few cents—despite not having made any transactions in over a year—and about questionable charges on my line of credit, which I also have not used in over a year. Worst customer service, went to do a wire transfer and the whole bank was empty no customer yet told me the manager had pending work so I come back in one hour. When I came back told wait was longer then 30 minutes. Told me to go to different branch.
Mom and I come in to do her banking a couple times a week. Great and friendly staff that always is pleasant. Liam is a wonderful man and always takes his time with my mom, which really means the world to her.
I just reviewed some of the comments and was surprised to see a bad review for the courthouse branch. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. Always helpful and trying to do their best to accommodate all customers. Thank you for great service.
