Helpful professional and patient
Cassi is awful. Did everything she could do to not help me. Thankfully other workers realized her mistakes and hostilities and helped me instead.
The branch I went too had the most nicest people. The issue is the actual bank... terrible app, can't get a replacement card via online, app, or phone....you must go in person. They don't offer a temporary card or even a mobile temporary card. Website is buggy. This bank is like stuck on in the 2000s......
