This bank refused to change a 100 dollar bill because I wasn't a customer of theirs. Why would I want a bank that discriminates against people because of where they bank or not bank?
Great local bank with friendly staff that always acknowledge their clients upon entering. The CTB app is far better than most "big" banks, too. I highly recommend the Gastonia location.
