I have been going to this bank for a little over a year and moved away and still return to this branch in Byron Center. As I walk into the building they always say Hi and know me by my name and I usually am only in once a month or so. One day I walked in and asked how things were going and I said could be a lot better they asked why whats going on and I explained my situation to them and the branch manager came around giving me a hug to reassure me that things will get better.
