Stellar customer service You can count on United to exceed your expectations in every area. When my bank was bought out by one of those huge banks and raised their fees and lessened their hours I switched and have been extremely pleased with my decision. The people are ALWAYS pleasant, there are no fees (really!) and there are plenty of locations and free ATMs.
