We were expecting a drive-thru ATM but found out that there wasn't one. There is a walk in one at the entrance, but by the time we realized that, we were on the wrong side of the building, and the driveway is one-way around the building. Unfortunately there was no where to park on that side and turning left out of the driveway to try and re-enter is very difficult due to the fact that it's a very busy road. The ATM location is poorly marked. Not a pleasant experience, hence the 4 stars.
Have been with this Bank for some time and find all staff members to be very helpful and understanding. They have been merging a lot and the faces have changed but the people are still very helpful when any situations come about! This is the bank to stay with for sure!
Worst service I have ever had. I have been with this bank for over 10 years and will now be closing both my accounts and my savings account with this bank.
Wrong hours and can’t listen when I ask for cash for my check not a deposit. And horrible mobile app.
