Since the merger began, I have had nothing but problems w this bank. It is disorganized & the people who are holding authoritative positions are unapologetic. As soon as the quarantine is over, I'm leaving this bank. There are 4 people (Jennifer, Brian, Olivia & Ishmal) in this branch that have been helpful or apologetic for the issues I've had to deal with. This customer service is un unacceptable. F**k this bank.
