Tina E. at the Main Street office has been such a great help establishing our banking needs, keeping it all secure, and all with a sense of true professionalism and a neighborly manner. We are very grateful for Tina's dedicated service and the ubiquity of United Bank.
United Bank downtown is awesome especially Sandy! She is always so nice and friendly! She always has a smile on her face. When opening a new account she took her time with my husband and I even when the signature signature pad wasn’t working right. She was still patient with us.
Sandy was excellent helping me set up my account. Very personable highly recommend her.
United Bank in Downtown Weirton has and always will be the bank I will use! They are so helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions. My husband and I just recently were approved for the United Bank Credit Card, and it was the easiest process ever and through the process they were able to pay off another credit card we were using that had to high and interest rate.
