I opened a second checking account and United Bank so fit to remove all my bill pay information. The call center was at best useless. The Vernon branch got the information restored, partially. I tried to set up my recurring payments but that feature did not work. I waited a day and the bill pay function was unavailable and the call center had no idea when it might be available.
